“Good Will, Fellowship and Community Service”

Ruritan National has nearly 30,000 members throughout the United States, that work to improve more than 1,100 local communities. Since the organization’s beginning in 1928, Ruritan Clubs have served America with Fellowship, Goodwill, and Community Service. Ruritan is a civic service organization made up of local clubs in urban areas, small towns and rural communities.

Organization:

The AVR or Association of Virginia Ruritans is open to all Virginia Ruritans

and Ruritan National officials.  The purpose of the association is to support and enhance Ruritan and Ruritan ideals throughout Virginia, to encourage fellowship and communications among Virginia Ruritans and to sponsor an annual Rally of Virginia Ruritans.

The ANCR or Association of North Carolina Ruritans is open to all North Carolina Ruritans and Ruritan National officials.  The purpose of the association is to support and enhance Ruritan and Ruritan ideals throughout North Carolina, to encourage fellowship and communications among North Carolina Ruritans and to sponsor an annual Rally of North Carolina Ruritans.
